Dr. Christine Tranchida was raised in nearby Fort Washington, attending Plymouth Whitemarsh High School. She went on to college at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA,  majoring in Biology. She then studied at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 1996.

Dr. Tranchida spent her first year in practice in Souderton, PA. She then came to join HVH in July 1997. Dr. T has a strong interest in client education and enjoys answering your questions and helping people get off to a good start with their new pets.

When she's not busy caring for your pets, Dr. T and her husband keep busy with their three children and all of their furry kids. Presently living with the Tranchida's are two sweet dogs, 'Alakazam", and 'Pluto', and two adorable cats, "Toby' and 'Merlin.'
